I have a Stockbody S14.

I would like to know what offset I should run on...

Front: 18x9.5
Rear: 18x9.5

Tire size is 225/40/18 (Only until these wear out (Bridgestone RE760's) then switch to 235's)

I am looking for a Clean fitment (No poke or Sunken battleship) just even with the fenders.

I have fully adjustable suspension and would like to keep my Camber at my current settings.

Front (-1.2 Degrees)
Rear (0.6 Degrees)

Ive been reading threads and the correct offset would be around +15.
But please let me know any suggestions and different ideas.

I will roll my fenders.
I ran a similar setup for a good 5,000 miles or so - 18x9.5 +20 all around with 225/40/18 Falken Ziex 452 (iirc)

You MIGHT need to run a hair more camber up front, depending on how 'flush' you want to be. Initially I ran my car at -2* up front and -2.5* rear. I'm sure that I could have gotten my rears back to stock with a bit more work on the inner fenders, but I was lazy.

Also, at least for me, 225/40/18's were too big up front, no matter what I did they would still rub during compression and high steering angle stuff. I ended up stepping down to 215/40/18 and FINALLY don't rub (fronts are also 18x9.5 +5 (effective) at -4.5* camber)

Here's my car with the 18x9.5 - 225/40 square setup:
