I'm not sure I fully understand the situation- you keep changing the boost settings and fuel pressures and keep seeing changes in afr's?
I would just leave eveything where its at and see if it runs consistent afr's. Then if it still doesn't you could try the sensor test for the wideband sensor; aem used to have a vid online on how to do it.
