What the hell's a smog check

I live in the sticks tho. Prices are going to be way higher then you're used to and finding parts locally are a PITA (S14). Like mentioned, 2 cars a must bc you'd be a fool to drive a 240 in the winter in OH. I hope you like hillbilly trucks and fat girls.
