Kil-kare raceway in Xenia has a couple events a year. They don't smog check in Columbus. Finding a rust free car will be a chore. Plan to head south (TN or GA) to get a car that isnt junk (or buy mine  ). Depending on where you are and how loud your car is you may get fined for having a loud car. If they don't smog check,you only have to pay for your tags every year I'm guessing?
