As far as the 2 wheels you're thinking off (9j -12 and 10j +0), they're gonna poke about the same with 1mm difference between the 2. Basically itll come down to your preference. What's your current wheel spec and I can tell you via above to see the difference.
Personally, I wouldn't go with either one cuz they poke out too much.

I'm running 16x7 +6 currently. less than 2mm camber all around and wheels are even with fender up front, and sucked in approx 5mm from rear fenders. (I don't know the best way to measure)
From the calculator it said:
16x10 +0 will be 32mm less clearance inner and poke out 44mm
17x9 -12 7mm less clearance inner and poke out 43mm more than current set up.
I don't mind cambering the front, but I want traction in the rear for daily (235's or 245's with little camber). I can throw my 16x7's on when I drift.
