Hey waxball88, thanks for the reply. I have already solved the problem! and I forgot to mention that I do have those custom brackets already, so no splicing for me! It turns out that the handbrake was pretty loose and that I DID have to adjust the 10 mm bolt underneath the handbrake as well as the little adjuster on the bottom of the drum brake assy. Off the ground, just trying to spin the rotors with all my strength with the e-brake engaged, the e-brake works great! Now for a test drive and test park... :P
