I have a used set of muteki sr48 lug nuts they're long and work great with extended studs or stock~ They're 'titanium' in color all threads are in good shape none are cross threaded. This included all 20 lug nuts for you 5 lug guys or 4 extra ones for you 4 lug guys
these will fit all nissan thread pitch 12x1.25
