As far as I know there is no way to take apart the sun visor and tighten up the pivot mechanism. The visor actually clips onto the little 90* rod for the pivot. You can pull it apart and try to wedge something in there. Maybe a thin piece of plastic or maybe a piece of soda can. I MIGHT have a set that's good though. I'll have a look and let you know. It's possible that the clip that holds the inner portion of the sun visor is worn as well. Have you tried another clip, or just the visor itself???
