1 and 3 injectors were stuck open. This explains the fuel pump not shutting off too. My homie thefro came through with basically everything from his spare 1j. He is amazing. Still need Mike to finish up some stuff and then its cosmetic time. Brought the 400 home tonight so im going to pull that interior out.
