they ship quickly.. if they actually have the product.
I bought easily accessible parts from them (nismo motor & tranny mounts) like 3 years ago and they shipped it out to me in a couple days.
About half a year ago I ordered a CS coolant reservoir tank, brass shifter bushing & a nismo slave cylinder. I order all my stuff over the phone, the guy said he had a "shipment" of slave cylinders coming in a week.
2 months later after the "shipment" never arrived.. and shit customer service.. I cancelled the nismo slave cylinder.
Yes they say they are gonna call you back, they told me that over 10 times and never got a call back.
I wouldnt buy anything from them that isnt in stock.
