HERE to see how I ran mine. Also, regarding the line that goes from the compressor to the firewall... I can see how that line behind the motor would be a PITA. It was easy for me because I deleted all of the heater/coolant lines between the motor & firewall so that AC line is literally the only thing back there.
Also, by the turbine- I use an aftermarket water neck adapter, turbine outlet flange, suction kit etc and it all clears nicely.
If anything, it may give you an idea for some things to try. You didn't post any pics- But you may not even need a welder- It could just be as simple as running a reclock adapter to change the inlet pipe position enough for it to clear. Without seeing; I couldn't really tell ya.
