Turns out this FPR was a fake. Its started to leak fuel thru the vacuum reference port. Upon closer inspection, it didn't have a serial number and had other signs that it was a fake, but it had all of the original packaging.
Its been 3 years and I have just finally gotten to the point of installing it. Luckily it failed while still putting the car together. It was dumping loads of fuel through the vacuum line Fractal did you know that this was a fake?
