I was talking to one of my buddies that goes to automotive school with me (he is way ahead of me)
You can actually smog your 240 with this motor if you keep all the emissions, everything stock to the cat. Which means, it's a problem with the exhaust manifold. Although, you can go further and ask if you can customize the exhaust manifold to where it will work in a 240, but you will keep the same length of the manifold.
He was also saying something that it will benefit you at the end if you sell the car. I forgot what exactly he said.
