have my set of racing hart c2s im not 100% sure on the offset

fronts have 2inch lips with 6 barrels
rears 2.5 inch lips with 5.5 barrels

was going to relip them to be 3.5 lips in the front using the 6 barrels (9.5)
and 4 inch lips for the rear set with the 5.5 barrels (9.5)

decided i want to do a 5 lug conversion instead and save up for some dream wheels

tires on the wheels are pretty much new federals with around 90% thread left

i was able to clear my bbk with a 15mm spacer
looking for $750 obo or will consider trade for 17 5x114.3 no xxr please
located simi valley ca

lmk if im missing any info
some pics are when i plastidipped the wheels to get and ideas and see if i wanted to powder coat them
