if he has 20mm wider fenders in front. then i would go with more offset than +15... my guess would be something more like +5 or maybe even 0 offset with a stretched tire and decent amount of camber. as for the rear... +20 on 9inch wide wheel will look weak... def go with +0 or maybe even more... and roll/pull the fender and the obvious stretch tire and neg. camber....
if were my car i would go with 17x9 +0 all around since u have the wider front fenders. then use like a 215/45/17 tire then set up whatever camber u wanna use then pull the fenders acordingly so that it fits like a glove... getting extended studs and dont forget the use of small 5mm spacers isnt bad... small spacers are good tool for clean fitment. just make sure u get extended studs so u have enough thread on the lug nuts.
