Here is where I got mine from. Made in USA. Ships quick.

Lava Mat Adhesive Backed Heat Shield Mat by Heatshield Products - Lava Mat Adhesive Backed Heat Shield Mat by Heatshield Products 60" x 48"

It took about 4 hours to apply it right. I wanted to get it done in one shot. I used two pieces vs breaking it up. I wanted to make it seems as though it was one sheet and with a thin strip to cover where they meet in the middle (which is covered by the motor anyway). Get a torch. I bought one that is self starting propane for like $30.

Remove everything from the fire wall. Done worry about bolt holes. Once its on just shine a flash light from the inside and you can see them. If you lay it down tight enough you can run your fingers across it and ling them.

Grab some newspaper and lay it on the firewall. Make a template. Lay it on the lava mat. Cut out and hold it up to see if you can trim a little more. Then grab the torch and heat up the firewall and run the flame over the lava mat for only a few seconds, then peel off the back and apply it in the far corner. Once it is on, its on. With heating up the firewall and the material it makes this process very smooth. I held one end with my left hand and basically rubbed it down with a rag. It fit very well around the contours of the firewall.
