5 speed trans go for about $100 - $150 on craigslist, on here, etc. KA ones.
Engine long block with harness and ecu go for about $350-$400 depending on its condition. I would say $300 is a fair price for this setup since it comes with a trans and doesnt have spun bearing or hole in the block.
If I was local, I would pick it up.
