I disagree. Look at just how many V6's Ford moves. I know plenty of people with one and could careless about the V8. They don't want the insurance, MSRP premium or hit to the gas mileage.
It will continue to be the volume seller and bargain performance car.
The 370Zs problem is that it's on the G35 chassis causing it weigh a *SNIP* ton. Couple that with the meh-meh VQ37, awkward styling and the furious competition and you now have a car with lack-luster sales. The 350Z was a hit if you remember.
