The best one's I've heard that money can buy are of the carbon-fiber type. They are lighter, so less rotational mass. And they react very well to heat, getting stronger as they heat up.
Of couse, they can be extrememly expensive, so are usually only used by racing spec vehicles.
For a daily driver? Just go to a reputable company (ACT) and get a clutch mated to your torque needs.
