I had to learn on my own and my personal experience is
Jack up car
Take off wheel
Take out hub cap off wheel
Take out cotton pin
Reinstall wheel
Drop the car
Put a breaker bar with size hub socket
Use a jack and jack up the breaker bar lefty loosey!
