That means your coolant system is actually WORKING! If it never got to operating temp under ANY circumstance, then you would have a problem.

I suspect the same thing. Even with a KA-T with stock rad in this weather i rarely see temps higher than 65-68*C according to Nistune. Highest ive seen my coolant temps climb to is 160F after driving around for a while. Its just that its REALLY REALLY COLD outside. Its been in the teens-->single digits for the past week in NJ.
