The only engines i know it works in are the 1996-1999 180sx with the SR20DET. The S14 has a different configuration pin out. I know you can move a few pins from the S13 redtops to make this ECU work, but i dont know if you can on the S14. AEM has the ecu pin outs on their instructions you can download and compare in their forums.
