Bummer your stock headgasket didn't last. I'm running e85 on about 20 psi now with the stock headgasket. I've been running over 16psi for the last 3 years now too. Obviously if the stock one is bad it's good to upgrade. BUt the factory HG can take some abuse if your tune is good.
Lastly get the 740cc or higher for injector, 555s or whatever will note you fast especially since you have a nice turbo.
