I had this issue on my first S14, car was so low that it was toed in. Adjusted with the toe rod but the stock traction rod was binding and keeping the car from toeing in. Had to upgrade to adjustable traction rod to leghten it, in order to get my toe back to spec.
It would be harder on an S13. S13 rear fenders like to buckle when you pull them too much.
