No issues bolting up the S14 rear caliper to S13, just the piston is larger. It dials in a surprising amount of extra rear bias. There are other threads where the differences were discussed with respect to Z32 front calipers (since S14 rears plus Z32 fronts is the stock S14/S15 Silvia system).
