A few online sites carry them from time to time. I used to run 225/45/16 KDWs but they went out of production. Now I'm using 225/45 N3000s, but I don't know if those are still in production either.

I'm on my phone so I can't check now, but try poking around on TireRack, DiscountTire, OnlineTires.com, and Tires-Easy.com. They're usually a good start.

Edit: looks like there are a good number of them still in production being sold by some of the sites above. Maxxis MA-V1 for $64 each, Nexen N3000 for $90 each, Falken FK-452 for $110 each, BFG KDW2 for $128 each, and a good collection of sticky ones too.
