On the temp sensor, i know there is one that is a sending unit on the intake manifold due to it just having one wire. On an S13 I think the Engine Coolant Temperature sensor is the one that's attached to the lower radiator hose. To be sure though, just disconnect the wire that runs to your sending unit on your intake manifold. If you see your dash gauge drop to the "C" cold position then the wire that runs to the sending unit on your intake manifold is just for the gauge on the dash. If it DOESN"T drop, then that wire that runs to the Intake manifold is gonna be the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor...
