i'm no mathmagician, but you must have just gotten your license or something because you have never taken a car to get an emissions test and/or inspection.

i know in some parts we have it, but where i am (in midlothian near richmond)
its just inspection.
and yes i am a new driver but i have taken my car for an inspection, thats why i was asking. I currently have integra with a jdm headlight swap, they didnt say anything about the head lights but i had to remove my piaa fogs because they werent wired into the ecu
so i was thinking if they get all butt hurt over fogs not wired into the ecu theyd probably get a little pissy about nothing at all being stock on the car.
