You sound like my sister looking for a car. If you want something fast out of the box for 8K and it is 95+ then you will be looking for a long time. Not to mension that you won't get a high mileage car (which is smart).
They have a saying in sales: Price, Time, and Quality. Pick 2.
Your either going to have to lower your standards, pay more, or wait a #### of a long time to find something.
