From the looks of it it seems to be a decent little turbo for $350 shipped. Aren't ebays like $200? I'm planning a budget ka-t build on my s13. And don't wanna use an ebay turbo. I've used the Isis rs3871r and it's pretty decent for the price. Just try to find a turbo with the .64 ar housing.
