I've heard Nology's aren't so good...but konkman seems to like them. I'd rather get Magnecores though.
About the offset, if it's off enough, you'll rub the tires on the wheel well or the shock assembly. It would probably be less of a factor on rims as narrow as 7", but I'd still check into it.
