To be defined as an "axleback" exhaust it should be able to bolt onto the STOCK exhaust from the axle back. Since stock s13/s14 exhausts are one-piece from the cat back NOBODY EVER made an axleback system. Let's be honest. You're missing the rest of the exhaust, which does NOT make it an axle-back exhaust. It makes it a nice muffler that's missing the piping. Nobody cares if it has the flange. The rest of the exhaust would have to be fabricated anyways. It's a muffler, NOTHING more...
