This is the process we used:
I opened the bleed screw
He pushed the brake in, then pulled the hydro. Held them both in.
I closed the bleed screw.
He released the handbrake, then the brake.
Repeat until there was no more air in the system.
Well it feels like all of the air is out of the system, but the foot brake goes all the way to the floor and the hydro doesn't seem to lock the rears up at all. The car has been sitting in my shop for about a year at this point. Brakes worked fine last summer. Did we do something wrong or what?

Process is incorrect, you were pulling air into the system.
1. push brake in, pull hydro (if you want...i didnt), hold both.
2. open bleed screw. Pedal will loose pressure.
3. close bleed screw when fluid starts slowing.
4. release brake/hydro.
5. repeat process.
