I lost my dog last December and checked Craigslist everyday for "found dog post" and all local vets and humane societies to see if it arrived..If you have the time I'd take pictures and post them on Craigslist and drop them off at local vets and dog shelters and if the owners actually care and are looking then they will see your ads..hope it helps because I wish someone did this for me..
