Houston is apparently conceding that they aren't getting Melo by offering to GROSSLY overpay Bosh.
I would be shocked if Bosh shoots this one down considering he is from Texas, would similarly not have a state income tax and as long as Dwight Howard is in the fold he would never again have to THINK about going near the lane again in his life.
