Here is a update. So come to find out, I had a bad started so I got a new one and now it turns over but doesn't start. My brother came over yesterday to take a look, he said that wire that was burnt was an 02 sensor. Found 2 other wires that were screwed up because they were rubbing on the belt.
Here is pictures of what I did to fix (butt connectors and stuff) and what it looked like. Still having the same problem,
not getting power to the ECU and fuel pump. Also, sorry for the pictures being small, as big as image stack will let me do now.
