4000$ too much? Please tell me where you're going to find a clean 1 color kouki for 3k. Don't make me show you what you could pick up for 3k on craigslist. This isn't a bad deal, although some mods would have been nice to start your project mine. I got mine exactly like the Op's, 1997, clean title, 5 speed, Black, with the usdm lip, hks coilovers, intake, exhaust, and a rebuilt ka that hasnt gave me a SINGLE problem for the past 3 years. for 6500 flat.
