1) If you are asking this question AFTER the fact, then it's clear you do not think so (and well, it's too late anyways). Regardless of what we think, it's a matter of what you will pay..............
2) Terrible idea to ask the question on the board where you bought the vehicle from (especially if the prior owner is a CURRENT moderator on here!!!!!!!!!!)...........
