don't use anything but a harness bar, including the stock mounting points. if your stock seat breaks or bends (and shit you wouldn't believe how much a seat gives during a collision) and the harness is mounted right behind the seat, parallel with the floor, its going to hold you right where you are no matter what. If its mounted to the rear seat mounts, and the seat brakes, you are gonna get tossed around.
And, if you complain "but I don't have a bar to mount it to..." well, 4 point or 5 point harnesses hold your head upright, so when the car rolls over your head is going to get smashed in by the roof. So you really shouldn't use them unless you have a roll bar anyway. Which gives you a convenient place to mount them.
