Find your IACV valve, not hard to take off. Clean it with intake cleaner or equivalent, letting it sit for awhile to dry out. Re-install and see if that helps, if it doesn't move on to something else.
I assume you are running a SOHC KA24E though.

wow yes it also bogs and after a while itll be fine so I will try this!! and yes i forgot to include that it is the KA24E
