I'm not saying that it's a smart move, but most working adults have access to a line of credit of some sort. Then there's also personal loans.
I don't advise anyone to do either, but there's options for people who are responsible and have good credit history. Personally I saved over the years, and bought my S15 outright.
Oh and I'm sure there's people with $20K+ "laying around"
I just don't think they like advertising it for no real reason.
