The big issue with working the v-12's, and pretty much any modern Benz is the sheer cost of the parts. There are not that many cars made, so an aftermarket option may not be there, and if it is the $1200 v12 coil pack from Mercedes might still be $800 from an aftermarket source. Also look up Mercedes ABC suspension systems.
It has been my dream for a few years now to put a v12 from 01-02 Mercedes in my 240. The dream started when I watched the video posted earlier.
The bitch of it would be the engine management, although I think there are aftermarket companies that make v12 ecu's.
