Don't need injectors but you will if/when you boost. You're increasing compression, so yes, you'd need tune.

If I need a tune, if I track down a bikirom board will that work?
Yes, your tuner experience with your tuning choice is key. Look into Nistune.

Will I need a new intake manifold/large throttle body for these goals?
No but it'll help if/when you decide to boost. You'll need to tune for this.

Will I need intake/exhaust(mainly) porting for these goals?
See above answer.

If down the road I want to run say, 4-5lbs of boost or whatever is needed for 250-275hp on 93-94 octane would it run or would it blow? I have a t25 n some other Turbo stuff but not enough $$$ for a rebuild anytime soon to forged internals.
Thanks
Again, the tune is key. Skimping or taking short cuts on this is the main reason most KA buids fail.
