Never bought anything from them yet, but I wanted to get my hands on a hood and they took care of me and was able to find/get it for me (when I go to SD in a few months I will make the order ahead of time and pick it up). Soon I will be purchasing R33 cables from them.

Really good customer service! Great guys! Hands down.
