The engine bay fusebox is the only 'common point' for your non-working electronics. Did you connect the large white alternator feed wire to the fusebox? Did you connect the dual Red/White battery feed cables to the fusebox? Is your battery in good condition? A crap battery could be causing these issues.

A multimeter or test light and the Electrical section of the FSM are important tools needed to diagnose electrical problems.
