In Southern California (more specifically L.A. area), there are two shops called VR Wheels and Wheel Flip; they seem to be pretty good companies. Never have done work with either but have seen their work, and my buddy got a set of wheels rebarreled at Wheel Flip.
I'm planning on going to Wheel Flip to chrome plate my wheels.

In the Chicago area. I was thinking of getting some Battles and having them dropped shipped and plated (saving out bound shipping).
Some places I've seen the chrome is more then the wheels....
