They are 1 piece but pretty sure you can pull the turbine housing/manifold off the turbo itself(or make pure turbos do it lol)
SFR was able to increase the boost the green line on the sheet is PSI went from 19psi to 21psi but the biggest difference is instead of it dropping down to 14-15psi by red line its holds 18-19psi to the limiter, made a world of difference
