240trainee: last i checked bush also has a 3.5 million lead in the popular votes. if the asses call this election illegitamite, then they are really screwed up.
there is no more than 250,000 provisional votes in ohio, to make up for a 130,000 vote deficit, you'd have to... get 190,000 out of 250,000 votes, thats 76% of the provisional votes, mmm, yeah, if i could bet on those odds, i would.
so if bush wins ohio, he wins the electroal college AND the popular vote, as of now, there is really no flaw.
IF you want to get technical about it, the flaw lays in that John Kerry is so CLOSE in the electoral count even though he is more than 1% off in the popular votes. According to some anaylists that wasn't supposed to happen.
