I personally believe that ppl at the major cities are smarter than the ppl that are farming lands. Maybe some exceptions but Bush got most of his votes from the farmers down at south, where the majority of the ppl can easily be convinced with some tax reduction laws on crops.

Edit: I am totally against that IQ statistic. So many factor can bias the research. If you took Statistic at all you shall easily see through it. That chart means absolutly Nothing.
