1300 for a 250 sq ft "studio" with a mini fridge and a hot plate is bull shit
that's why I moved to KTOWN/LARCHMONT area. 1000$ for a 1 bedroom is manageable for me. I love my neighborhood, don't get me wrong, but I miss the beach lol
